  • Twitter ($TWTR) fees to borrow have been trending lower since the peak last week. Utilization has come down a bit since then too. The stock price has been fairly stable in the past week in comparison to the fluctuations that have been typical for this stock since the IPO.
  • The stock price of 3D Systems ($DDD) has been coming down in the past week, reversing the steady climb seen earlier in February. Fees to borrow are trending a touch lower than the peak witnessed earlier this week, but utilization continues to rise. The firm reported its 2013 financial results this week.
  • Myriad Genetics ($MYGN) has seen its stock price nearly double so far in 2014, but it has ticked down a touch in recent days. That has not impacted fees to borrow yet, which have been trending steadily lower since the spike in late January.

  • Blinkx ($BLNX.LN) fees to borrow were gradually rising since last fall and accelerating in recent weeks since the stock price fell off. Utilization is actually down on the January levels. The negative publicity of a month ago has quieted down a bit.
  • Gulf Keystone ($GKP.LN) fees to borrow had been on a gradual decline since late summer and even steadier in the past two weeks amid the recent declines in stock price. The firm, currently listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market, this week confirmed its intention to be listed on the main market of the exchange on or after March 24, subject to approvals.
  • APR Energy ($APR.LN) fees to borrow have been fairly stable in the past week. The utilization is down a touch in recent days following a steady rise since late last year. The firm said earlier this month that it signed an agreement to provide energy in Myanmar.

    Peugeot ($UG.FP) fees to borrow are climbing steadily higher, though utilization has declined slightly in recent days. The stock price continues to climb from a recent low in mid-December.

    ThromboGenics ($THR.BB) fees to borrow have been trending fairly stable over the past month. Utilization has been rising over the same period but has been flat in the past week. Reuters reported recently that the firm is reviewing how to improve sales of its main product in the U.S., where sales have disappointed.

  • While the stock price of BYD Company ($1211.HK) is reaching recent highs, so are fees to borrow. The company released preliminary 2013 financial data this week, reporting a 184% year-over-year rise in total profits.
